
Progress shot nr. 2
I managed to pretty much get the entire tutorial/first level laid out. It isn’t the biggest level, but It’ll connect to the next area, which is going to be a bit more lengthy.
I still need to do a little bit of enemy coding, as well as adding a tiny bit of dialogue (and an explanation to how the gun works. Which also needs a slight fine-tuning)
Seeing the GunTurrets on a light background has convinced me that I need to add a bit more green to their laserblasts so they become more visible (and therefor actually dodgeable).
I still need to do a few more broken bridge bits for the tileset, but that’s a rather minor thing. The entire level should be done in a day or two.
Tomorrow I think I’ll work on the music for the level, if I can get some good ideas for that.
